070 Club Endorsement Rules

The Ø7Ø Club offers special endorsements to acknowledge the achievements of the active PSKer and to spiff up that certificate as well. See below for general guidelines and instructions on how to get these nifty add-ons.

North and South America

	If you've worked the entire continental United States (lower 48 states) on PSK31, you qualify for the "Lower 48" endorsement. Log info only required (please list contacts in state alphabetical order). Valid contacts are those made after 1 June 2ØØØ. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	If you have Alaska in the log on PSK31, you qualify for the "Alaska" endorsement. Log info only required. Valid contacts made after 1 June 2ØØØ from outside Alaska. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	Work all seven countries of Central America on PSK31 and add the "Central-America" endorsement to your certificate: (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama). Valid contacts after 1 June 2ØØØ. Log info only required. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	To earn the "Maple Leaf" endorsement, put the ten Canadian provinces in the log on PSK31: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Endorsements for contacts with Europe

	"Benelux" - Work the countries of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg on PSK31 mode. Log info only required. Valid contacts after 24 December 2ØØ2. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	Poland is a DX Special for 2ØØ9. To qualify for the endorsement, work 2Ø different SP stations on PSK31 mode operating from within the specified country during the 2ØØ9 UTC calendar year. Only contacts made from outside SP are valid. Secondary/special prefixes are also good for the endorsement. Log info only required. This endorsement expires 24ØØZ, 31 January 2Ø1Ø.
	Portugal is a DX Special for 2ØØ9. To qualify for the endorsement, work 2Ø different CT stations on PSK31 mode operating from within the specified country during the 2ØØ9 UTC calendar year. Only contacts made from outside CT are valid. Secondary/special prefixes are also good for the endorsement. Log info only required. This endorsement expires 24ØØZ, 31 January 2Ø1Ø.
	PSK31 Europe The endorsement comes in 3 parts: Level "A" - Work any 25 of the 5Ø countries in group 1 to receive the basic "A" endorsement. Level "B" - Work the remaining 25 countries in group 1 to receive the "B" add-on endorsement. Level "C" - Work any 1Ø of the countries in Group 2 to receive the "C" add-on endorsement. (It is possible to achieve Level "C" at any time.) All QSOs must be made on PSK31 and dated on or after 1-Aug-2ØØ6. Click here for Group/Country list. 	Work England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales on PSK31 and qualify for the "UK" endorsement; Log info only required; Valid contacts made after May 31, 2ØØ6; This endorsement has no expiration date. NOTE: Ø7Ø members who have the original UK endorsement are also eligible for this endorsement.

Endorsements for contacts with

the Pacific and Down Under

	To qualify for the "VK" endorsement, work any four of the eight political entities that make up the Commonwealth of Australia on PSK31: Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Australian Capital Territory. Log info only required. Valid contacts are those made after 1 June 2ØØØ. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	If you have all six Australian states and the two territories in the log on PSK31, then you've earned yourself the "Wrk'd All Oz" endorsement, mate! See VK endorsement (above) for list. 	If you've worked Hawaii on PSK31, you qualify for the "Aloha" endorsement. Log info only required. Valid contacts are those made after 1 June 2ØØØ from outside Hawaii. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	Fly the Ø7Ø Club's version of the China Clipper route and earn this "China Clipper" endorsement. To qualify work California, Hawaii, Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines on PSK31. Log info only required. Valid contacts are those made after 4 July 2ØØ1. This endorsement has no expiration date.

from Around the World

	Now for the Maidenhead aficionados, slice and hook your way around the world and earn this "PSK GOLF" endorsement! See http://www.podxs070.com//endorsements/070_golf.html for all the info. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	Work each of the six ham radio world continents ( EU, AF, AS, NA, SA and OC) on PSK31 and you qualify for the "WAC" endorsement. Use the current ARRL DXCC country list for reference. Log info only required. Valid contacts are those made after 1 June 2ØØØ. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	To stimulate PSK31 on the WARC bands, the Ø7Ø Club offers the "TRI-WARC" pennant. Work three different stations on each of the WARC bands (3ØM, 17M and 12M) for a total of 9 contacts. Log info only required. Valid contacts are those made after 4 July 2ØØ1. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	For the WARCsters out there who have earned the TRI-WARC pennant (above), here are three more worthy goals to work towards: the "3Ø/3ØM", "17/17M" and the " 12/12M". For the 3Ø/3ØM, work 3Ø different PSK31 stations on 3ØM, for the 17/17M, work 17 different PSK31 stations on 17M, and for the 12/12M, work 12 different PSK31 stations on 12M. Please note that to be eligible for these endorsements, the applicant must first earn the Tri-WARC endorsement as a prerequisite (see above). Contacts used for the Tri-WARC can then be applied towards these new WARC endorsements (i.e. you will only need to make 27 more contacts on 3ØM to earn the 3Ø/3ØM, etc.). Valid contacts are those made after 4 July 2ØØ1. This endorsement has no expiration date.

Endorsements for contacts with Special Stations and Special Event Stations

	Announcing the "PSK31 ACHIEVER" attaboy ! If you have the BARTG PSK31-4Ø, WorldRadio 31-31 and LONP hanging on your wall, then you should have this attaboy on your Ø7Ø Club certificate! To apply for the "PSK31 ACHIEVER" attaboy, submit issue dates and certificate numbers of your BARTG PSK31-4Ø, WorldRadio 31-31 and LONP awards. 	Work three different female Ø7Ø Club members on PSK31 (one each on any three HF bands, 16ØM thru 6M) and earn this "88 Tri-Band" endorsement. Valid contacts made on or after 1 July 2ØØ2. Note: Your membership in the Ø7Ø Club at time of QSO is not required. 	"QRP Tri-Band" - Work three different stations using PSK31/QRP. Contacts must be two way QRP (5W or less) and may be made on any three HF bands of your choice (16ØM-6M). Valid contacts are those made after 31 December 2ØØ2. Log info only required. This endorsement has no expiration date.
	Thanks to the efforts of K3NJ, the Voice of America ARC (QTH Washington, DC) is now a bona fide member of the Ø7Ø Club. If you worked K3VOA on or after 8 August 2ØØ1, you qualify for the " K3VOA" endorsement. Log info only required. This endorsement has no expiration date.

General Guidelines for Ø7Ø Club Endorsements

1. All endorsements are free and offered to Ø7Ø Club members only.
2. Unless otherwise noted, all contacts must have been made after 1 June 2ØØØ using PSK31 mode on the HF bands (16ØM thru 6M).
3. Unless otherwise noted, all endorsements require submission of log info only showing date, time, station worked and band. For the "Lower 48" and both Australian endorsements, add state info. For the "WAC" endorsement, add continent info.
4. Unless otherwise noted, membership in the Ø7Ø Club at the time the contacts were made is not required.
5. Unless otherwise noted, all endorsements have no expiration date.
